Paul Hurley (President)

Paul Hurley has been a dedicated member of the Board for eight years. Serving the community has been a rewarding experience for him, as he takes pride in seeing his hard work and commitment reflected in the place he calls home. Paul is especially proud of the Board’s accomplishments over the past four years and remains deeply grateful to the owners for the trust and opportunity to serve. Under his leadership, the building continues to grow as a place where residents feel at home. Working closely with the property manager, board members and residents, Paul promotes teamwork, transparency and accountability in every decision.

Vedant Prashad (Treasurer)

Vedant Prashad is a longtime owner at the Jockey Club. Vedant and his better half Richa have raised their two boys at the Jockey Club. They understand the needs of families and strive to create an environment where they are met. Vedant has been on the Board for five years serving as the Treasurer with the primary vision of making the Jockey Club an affordable abode residents are proud to call home. Vedant works to maintain balanced budgets and ensure that every dollar is used wisely to benefit the community. His strategic approach helps safeguard the condominium’s reserves and ensuring financial stability for years to come.

Asma Patel (Director)

Community-driven at heart and passionate about creating meaningful connections. As a dedicated board member at Jockey Club for the past three years, she have had the privilege of driving initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. From hosting community-building events like BBQs to applying social work and teaching experience, she’s passionate about bringing people together and making a positive impact. She’s excited to collaborate with fellow residents and look forward to getting to know you all better!Let's work together to create a vibrant and inclusive community where everyone feels welcome! 🌟

Guru Chethan (Director)

As a dedicated Board Member of the Jockey Club Condominium, Guru has background in Information Technology to support the community’s move toward smarter, more efficient solutions. His passion for videography allows to capture and share the spirit of the community through creative visuals that highlight life at the Jockey Club. He's committed to fostering transparency, innovation, and engagement - ensuring that the condominium continues to grow as a connected and forward - thinking community.

Lukas Peters (Secretary)

With a professional background in architectural photography, Lukas brings a creative and detail-oriented perspective to the Board. His keen eye for design and structure helps guide aesthetic and improvement projects within the community. Passionate about preserving the building’s character and enhancing its visual appeal, Lukas contributes valuable insights to ensure The Jockey Club remains both functional and beautiful. Lukas also manages meeting records, correspondence, and official documents with precision.

Maryam Farahani (Property Manager)

With dedication and care, Maryam, as the property manager of the Jockey Club, ensures the community is exceptionally well-managed, welcoming, and friendly, making all residents proud and delighted to call it home. Leveraging her extensive experience in condominium management, budgeting and finance, and effective communication, she carefully protects owners’ interests and consistently ensures a comfortable, safe, and positive living experience for everyone.
